Download, reproduce and use forms only for real estate services under British Columbia’s Real Estate Services Act, mortgage services under its Mortgage Services Act, or education. Fill blanks and sign only for those services; retain completed and executed copies as applicable law requires.
Do not remove BCFSA trademarks or ownership notices, create unauthorized derivatives, or use forms beyond these permissions. Modifications are permitted only within the publisher’s terms; prescribed forms must not be modified. Do not represent that BCFSA endorses this application or warrants its forms.
Forms are supplied without warranties or guarantees, to the fullest extent the law permits. Use and reliance are at your own risk. These permissions and protections implement the BCFSA software-provider terms, particularly sections 1.2, 1.3, 2.3 and 3.2. BCFSA retains ownership.
